FTP access

Hi,

I'm trying to access the service by ftp, but I can't get access. I'm getting a timeout error.

The account name is: juangrau@juangrau.x10hosting.com
Server name: ftp.juangrau.x10hosting.com

Trying specifying the username as juangrau instead of juangrau@juangrau.x10hosting.com (i.e. remove the '@' sign and anything that follows).
