how can i get a link to my public_ftp directory and how do i access it without cPanel as i would like to put and ftp section on my website

I think that the public_html directory is simply created by cpanel by default. FTP is only for you to upload and download files. Making it public would violate this and you would probably get suspended for filehosting.

is there any way to create this though. i use word press and i would like to share download files for certain apps and exe's

Hello,

No, we don't allow public_ftp. As long as the files are legal and have to do with your website, just host them over the web server.

is there any way i can upload more than 16mb to my website as wordpress only limmits u to 16mb and i would like to add files to download?
