FTP access

I am trying to access my site and upload from cute ftp but i am having trouble connecting. what are the settings and the login name that i will need to use to connect.

FTP address :: yoursite.exofire.net or yoursite.x10hosting.net
Login :: ur cPanel username
Pwd :: ur cPanel password

U can set up other ftp login. But this will surely work!!

yeah i have tryed that and it still does not work.

Well... I am using smart ftp !!!

well i have been using cuteftp pro but i will try smart ftp I also have tryed ftp rush and it wont work either. let me try smart ftp and i will see

im sorry but smart ftp does not work either. i get the same error

damn now i cant even log into my cpanel this is getting very frustrating.
