I know in the topic about services it says that FTP is down,just wondering how long it has been down for?

Whenever I try to access my ftp lately from a library computer I keep getting error messages. I dont know whether it is the libraries proxy blocking it, or x10 that has a problem.

Any idea's?
Also, when might the FTP be back up and running?

The service thread still shows it as down, and I also have problems with FTP, but I reccommend that you use the cPanel uploader for now.

If you are uploading large amounts of files, you could create a zip with everything in and then unzip it onto the server, using cPanel. Just a suggestion....

FTP is most likely down because of all the upgrades that have been mentioned - possibly the ftp server is being upgraded.
