Does anybody know how access my account with FTP? Does anyone know how to find out what FTP address I use?

You can find this information in your cPanel > Files > FTP Accounts

Host: yoursite.x10hosting.com (your site URL)
Username: Your cPanel user name
Password: Your cPanel password
