FTP - Account Access Problem

Dear Sirs

I tried to log in to the newely created FTP account but I receive the following error ' 421 service not available ' . Could it be that the service is temporary out of work or that there should be an option in the control panel which would allow me to set my home ip so that I can log in.

You need to register the domain at co.cc before you can use it (I guess you tried using that as host).

Otherwise, you can use lotus.x10hosting.com as FTP host
