FTP Account error (530 Login authentication failed)

i made an FTP account on my cPanel, and when i try to log in on a FTP client with new ftp account it says

530 Login authentication failed

im sure i wrote the right data (because i did copypaste of it).... if someone knows what happen, please give a hand and post the way to do it work
