I have an FTP account created for my site, but I forgot the password. I went into cPanel and click on "FTP Accounts" to reset my password, but when I click on it, all I get is a bolded "Working..." and it just hangs there. I let it set for 10-15 minutes with no progress. Is this something on my end, or is there high server usage? Thanks!
