ftp account

I'm having trouble logging into my FTP account. and I'm unable to upload using my Core FTP client.

ftp.howastungunworks.info

I have reset the password and tried creating new ftp accounts, no success.

your help is appreciated!

Try using chopin.x10hosting.com for the ftp address. If that doesn't work, try howastungunworks.info, no ftp. in front of the address. Use your cPanel username and password for the ftp account.

thanks very much, calistoy. using my cPanel account info I was able to logon to the website builder. but then, i logged out and now cannot log back into the website builder. i can still logon to my cPanel. what did I do wrong?

If your talking about SiteReptile, then it's probably down temporarily. Try back a little later. If you still can't login by the next day, post back.

hello!

I am able to logon to my cPanel and I can open my folder through my ftp client without problem. But when I try to logon to my website builder admin screen with my cPanel credentials (http://www.howastungunworks.info/admin.php)

It comes back with "password or login is incorrect".
