FTP account

I've tried to log in to my ftp account to manage my files and it didn't allow me to enter. I tried to change my hosting password but it didn"t help. I hardly remember my password but the password changer would help. How can I find out my password?

ftp address: <username>@<domain>.x10.bz
username: <username>
password: <password>

Your ftp address is not username@domain

It is
szt.x10.bz
