FTP Accounts

I added a FTP account for someone and they said that it came up just as a blank screen with the text Index of/ on it. Do I need to activate any special parts of the ftp server for them? Then I logged into their ftp and it didn't work for me either.

Can someone help?

Hello,

That is displayed by default if there is nothing in their home directory. As soon as an index file is added, that will be shown instead. Also, be careful that your friend doesn't upload anything that violates our Terms of Service. I wouldn't recommend granting access to anyone, as you will be held liable.

Yeah. I deleted the FTP account. Now I will be the only 1 with it.
