Ftp Accounts

I can not create a simple accout in cPanel, the buttons does not work, I click and nothing happens. Could you help me please?

The admins are currently working on unclogging your server because as whole, it got too full to do anything. I do wonder if something is wrong with your default ftp account. Have you tried it yet? To sign into it, just use your cPanel username and password.
