What is my ftp address? And also the port number? I understand my username is abzter. Can you just confirm you have the website abzter.co.uk hosted? Please get back to me ASAP.

You can confirm your website url by logging into your account panel and click to show your hosting details. Your ftp address is your website url, and the port number is 21.
