What is the FTP address I should use to upload files to my new x10 website? My domain name is mcpcc.info.x10.mx

You should be able to either use mcpccinfo.x10.mx as the ftp host, or if that doesn't work, use starka.x10hosting.com; your cpanel username/pass double as the ftp username/pass in both cases.
