Ftp and CPanel pass reset

i tried today to check out the ftp and upload some files , and i couldn't login .... Tried to view my site and it worked... After that i wanted to login to cpanel , but it didnt recognize the pass ... At the 3rd try , it was "dead" ...it wouldn't load anything ... nor cpanel , ftp or site .

And as i have an issue with the pass can you please reset the pass for [url removed as per user request.] ? mail :[email removed as per user request] , name : radu radu
