ftp and dreamweaver

i need help badly
i cannot connect to the server when setting up ftp in dreamweaver

What problems/errors are you getting?

Your FTP information is:
Host: 74.86.116.190
Port: 21
Username & Password: The same you use to login to cPanel.

my site is http://animeworld.exofire.net
it ask for:
ftp host __________
host directory __________
login ___________
password ____________
secure ftp (yes/no)
