FTP and web site and Cpanel dont work

So my FTP wont connect, going to my web site sais its down and my cpannel wont connect.

Ideas?

I'm able to go to your website, but nothing is there. It's just an empty Index of / page. What address are you using to connect to your cPanel and ftp?

Also, can you specify the error messages?

I managed to get it working but loading times is so horrible. I dont have slow internet, but this hosting services is sooo slow

For example I click a link and it takes up to a maximum of 15 minutes to load where as most other sites (98%) takes 20 seconds to load.

Also whats up with this:

page is temporal unavailable stuff?
