FTP -- Cannot connect to server

Hello Support,

We have problems this afternoon. Unable to connect to FTP server...see log for details.

Status: Resolving address of ftp.ewebspace.net
Status: Connecting to 69.162.70.130:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of ftp.ewebspace.net
Status: Connecting to 69.162.70.130:21...

Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Please help with this whenever you get around to it.

I also failed to report that I'm using FileZilla. It was working fine a few hours ago, up until 1430.

It is a good idea to check the service alerts first when you have problems on the free servers.
