FTP cant log in password problem

Hi
I can't log into my FTP account seems to be connecting to the server OK but rejecting the password , I thought I may have got my password wrong so I went to C panel and changed the password, but still password is rejected I'm using Filezilla newly downloaded ( after password failing with FireFTP ).
can you help?

Try using the server cossacks.x10hosting.com
Your should be using tetatate as the username.
Also make sure you disable multiple connections.
