FTP Client can't connect to server

Sounds like your isp blocked you. Or the server blocked you.
Give your isp a call and ask them. They may have made it that you can only use ftp if you are connecting to their servers to get customers.

But this has sucessfully worked before. Elsewhere, under the help they give for setting up a webpage...the first thing they tell you to do is to find someone to host it. They seem to be able to help you build it. But not host it. So that seems out. The server has blocked me before...maybe that is it.

I'm using a web-based FTP client for now...I had some updates to do. I'd really like to fix this though.
