ftp configuration filezilla

Hi,
I have problems using the FTP configuration with filezilla. After download and installing file i have no new entry. I try on coreftp, i can open the ".coreftp" but it give me an error message.

I want to use filezilla for my ftp, can you please indicate me on a mail what i have to write on:
"Host"
"Login"
"Password"
I watch the help video and it do not help me.

Here is the error message on filezilla:
Statut : Résolution de l'adresse de ftp.valtcreations.elementfx.com
Statut : Connexion à 69.175.6.94:21...
Statut : Connexion établie, attente du message d'accueil...
Erreur : Impossible d'établir une connexion au serveur

And sorry for my bad english but i'm french.

Host name: your_domain_name.com
Login : your_cpanel_username
Password : your_cpanel_password

upload the files to public_html folder

I've check and recheck a lot of time my password and my login, i've deconnect and reconnect from cpanel to verify and they are good...
So this must be the "host"?!
I put "FTP.valtcreations.elementfx.com", "valtcreations.elementfx.com" and "www.valtcreations.elementfx.com" they gave me the same error message:
"Erreur : Impossible d'établir une connexion au serveur"
That we can traduct by:
"Error: Cannot connect to server"

I don't know where is the error :/
