FTP connection don't work !

hi,
i have tried lots of times to connect myself on the FTPserver ...
It doesn't work at all , Can you help me ???
- i have change the password, etc... nothing works.

Please find the error message enclosed:

Yes i am still not able to connect my self on the cpanel, and the ftp is down for 7 month now !!!

i ve changed the password, tried boru, cossaks, safir etc... nothing works ..

please tell how can i change this mess ?
