ftp connection problem

Hello, I've been using x10hosting's free service for the last month and really happy about it. But for whole of the last week I'm unable to log in to my account through FTP.The message shows-

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...Response: 421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
Error: Could not connect to server

I submitted a thread on 03rd October with the same problem.But there's no reply and the thread is closed automatically.I don't think maximum people are already logged in there throughout the day whenever I try.It's got to be some problem with the FTP server.Can anybody help by putting it right?

Well, I never got any response to my support request but thankfully managed to connect via ftp today. So,problem solved somehow.
