FTP Connection Problem

Sorry for another help ME thread, but hopefully this is the last issue i need help resolving. I am having trouble connecting to my account throught ftp. I searched the forums for help and i got a layout like this,

Hostname: ftp.domain.x10hosting.com
Username: cPanel Username
Password: cPanel Password

I understand how that all works, however when i put in my info into filezilla i am not able to connect.

That should be ok. What FTP manager are you using ?

You could also try your host without the ftp.
Host : nextgenscene.x10hosting.com
