Ftp connexion impossible

At this moment, it's impossible to me, to connect with a ftp on my hosting space. Is that normal?

It's not normal. At the moment I am able to connect to the server you're on via FTP. Without having more information, such as what your FTP client is showing in terms of error messages, make sure you are using your site's domain "konoba.x10.bz" as the FTP hostname, and using your cPanel Username and Password for the login.

If you can, post up what your FTP client is showing in it's console when you try to connect.
