FTP connexion

hello, filezilla can't access to the server , it say:
- connexion on 64.74.223.38:21... and he stop and say that the conexion is impossible ..

The share ip adress is 69.175.122.178 ..

please help me !

Try using the domain name for your site rather than the IP, although there may be a few issues for some with the elementfx.com domain.
Also, ensure you are using the same credentials that you use when logging into cPanel.
