I can't access my website via control panel nor FTP since the new migration...
The website is: http://www.theforeverdamned.com/

It says:
This site can’t be reached
x15.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.

Any idea what's going on??

There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active. Relying on an email as the sole reminder is not advised.

During end of first week in March, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login activity during the last 60 days prior, your account was well outside that 60 day mark and even more so outside of the 30 day requirement for free hosting. Prior to our purging you last logged into your account on November 26th.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account. I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

I must've mistook the information posted on the forums. I thought that the login requirement was suspended until further notice because of the switch to DirectAdmin. If that login requirement suspension had been lifted I wasn't aware of it because the times that I had attempted to login to my account I kept receiving that error.

I'm able to access the control panel and FTP now but all of the site is erased. Do you have a recent backup that you can restore to it? If not, I have an older backup that I can put on, although not much has really changed on my site.

Thanks for the fast response!

I don't believe the old server (the one that your FTP client was probably using) can be restored now that it is decommissioned. I will request that an administrator review your case to see if anything can be done.

We have backups.

The login requirement was never removed, the only thing we halted was the automated system for suspensions/terminations.

The backup I restored was from the termination point, and it should be the most recent, unless something went wrong in the transfer as well, in which case I can apply the backup from the old server.

Getting an error during login is a sure sign that you really should seek support.

Thanks for the help everyone, my site is back up and functioning as normal now. I'm not sure if you did something with the backup/restore or if it just took time for the website's cache to refresh for me, but everything is good now.
