ftp/cPanel URL

:dunno:I just open my acct. today... It was working fine then i walked away from my computer for 10 mins now i can't log in with ftp or cPanel and try going to my website url and it is also down.. I just want to know if i did something wrong or is the system is down my user name is jaynpt and url is http://buysashay.x10hosting.com Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known
