FTP/CPanel/Website Problem

This is my problem:

I uploaded a forum (bb3) into my account, set it up, etc.
I was backing it up before i started to install mods.
FTP was downloading, I clicked on Home in Cpanel.
FTP and Cpanel stopped working, loading perpetually.

Is it the server or my account?

BROKEN AGAIN!

It seems every time I try to download via FTP it breaks

Its the server, we are working to resolve this.
