FTP: Disk Quota Exceeded

Good day!
Last week my account was approved for a free storage increase where my disk space is upgraded to 1GB. I am now uploading my laravel site via FTP, but after some time, the FTP server returns
550 Can't create directory: Disk quota exceeded
I checked my disk usage and I am just barely half of my storage allocation, which is 470.1MB to be precise. Some of the files were uploaded successfully, while others failed.
Hopefully you can help me with this.

What are the sizes of these files being transferred. If any files are 10 MB or more, it will not be allowed.

EDIT: seeing some of those file sizes, that shouldn’t be the issue, seems it needs an admin to further assist.
