ftp doesn't work

I can't connect with sftp using iweb. I am using ftp.beseenbegreen.x10.mx as the server, and my cpanel username and password. iWeb says that the password is wrong.

Sftp doesn't work with free hosting. The reason was revealed in this thread http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/159543-sftp-secure-ftp.html

We do, however, allow ftp, just not sftp.
