FTP error 421

Hello!
I have been trying for hours to connect to my FTP but I can't.
I used several softwares but always have an error message saying Reply: 421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
But I am supposed to be the only one trying to connect to my FTP

Any idea of what is happening?

The message belongs to whole server, not only for your account. Please try again after few minutes, it should work.
