FTP Error - Hard Drive Full

Hey guys, maybe its time you threw a few 500GB hard drives into your server... i got this error message today, even though cpanel says i have plenty of free space:

FTP Error

Response: 553 Disk full - please upload later
Error: Critical error

please get some good servers
