Website URL: nemo.co.cc

Issue: FTP access is not working '421 Service not available, Could not connect to server'

FTP Client: Filezilla (which I love)

Diag: Tried to use the original username which has full access to entire home dir, as well as creating an additional FTP user, both get same error. Using correct username/pass/as well as port.

Log from FZ:
Code:
Status: Resolving address of ftp.nemo.co.cc
Status: Connecting to 114.207.244.144:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 421 Service not available.
Error: Could not connect to server
If this has to do with my FTP account, please fix, FTP login's are a piece of cake so I really doubt it is anything on my end after trying to diag the issue.
I am able to resolve 114.207.244.144 from pinging nemo.co.cc, however I do not get any responses back. I let my account sit for 24hrs before playing to make sure all configs would be active, just looking for a little assistance from x10 on this one. Thank you!!

nemo.co.cc is not registerd by anybody.

www.co.cc whois service is saying that nemo.co.cc is available

Check that
And set the nameservers to

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

It takes 24 to 48 hours to namservers to propagate

For the dropdown when signing up, the co.cc option was available so I said why not, instead of x10hosting one. I have a registered domain, and can easily point to the x10 nameservers, issue though, nemo.co.cc, I was under the assumption this would be my free subdomain of co.cc from x10.

I just went back to original reg page, and well, since I signed up on my Android phone I did not care to scroll through the fineprint. Looks like they do not operate that, I will try to switch to an x10 branded one, it doesn't matter to me since I own a real .com either way

(just swapped to a .x10hosting account, was easy to do through Modify Your Account sidebar button)

TY. I had a feeling this is what it was, should have looked into it on the page but its too early for my brain to be at full speed. Time to get coffee lol
