FTP Error

I am on the starka cpanel server and I currently cannot access my ftp account using filezilla. I put in my login details (Host: hazilo.x10.mx) and click 'quick connect' but in the status box this happens:

Status: Resolving address of hazilo.x10.mx
Status: Connecting to XXXXXXXXXXXX...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

What should I do?

It may help to know that I am using the latest filezilla.

Several of us are having the same issue and I am on starka as well

Its nice to know i'm not the only one, but can any of the admins explain why this is happening and tell us when the problem will likely to have been sorted?
