FTP Error

Hi. Im new to this, and am having problems with my FTP connection. Im using cyberduck on Mac, and trying to access my domain - laura-stephen.co.uk. im tried several combinations for my connection details:

server - ftp.laura-stephen.co.uk
username - ftp@laura-stephen.co.uk (also tried different usersnames that ive tried to set up in cpanel)
Password - my cpanel one

when I try to connect, it fails. Ive also tried my cpanel username as mt ftp username

Does anyone know what im doing wrong?

Thanks for that, but it doesnt work for me (on either cyberduck or filezilla). Hmmm... I'll try again tomorrow I think!
