ftp help

Recently had to do a clean reinstall on my computer and lost my ftp information. I cannot access my site. After Host: I entered FTP: hutchhigh.x10host.com ---- I enter my name as David Howey and my password. However I cannot save the information --- I get a invalid port error.

I've tried to use the suggested text. Since using it, I get access once. Next try the "ftp://" is deleted from the ftp host and the "21" is deleted from Post: ---
