FTP Help

Ok well i just got smartFTP and i am not able to connect to the server i used ns1.x10hosting.com but it wont establish it says connection closed. How do i connect any help?

No it keeps saying connection closed, it wont work i dont know why? my other host used to work fine when i used aceftp

I always just use subdomain.x10hosting.com and it works perfect. Give that a try if what auvee suggested does not work.
