FTP Help?

Hello, what is the link to log in to the FTP services of the site?

E.G.

Is it like http://ftp.x10hosting.com

and I gotta log in with my user and password?

Here's the details you'd use to login:

FTP Host: hellochad123.x10hosting.com
FTP User: HChad123
FTP Pass: cPanel password

I just tried it, and it says "Unable to connect 'password not allowed'"...

Edit: How silly of me, I was typing in the wrong password by one letter... :x

Thanks, I think it will work now, I just gotta wait a few minutes until I'm not locked out anymore ;_;

Edit: I'm 100% for sure typing the right password now, but it's still saying the same thing... "Password not allowed"

Edit: Okay, I figured out the problem... it detects the case of your letters...

If it's supposed to be hchad, and you type HChad... it doesn't let you log on...

cpanel usernames are always lowercase. As the problem has been resolved I will close this thread.
