ftp how?

1. i want to upload with FTP (total commander ,but i dont know )
can anyone help me please?
i dont know to fill the fields

it say:

Session:
Host name ort :
username: djtoky
password: my passwo

What 2 type in Session and Host name ort ??? plzzz help meee (thx very much)

Port is always gonna be 21
