username is your cpanel username
password is your cpanel password.

You got them while registering

If you don't remember then login to Account panel using your forum credentials -- > https://x10hosting.com/control

To change cpanel password then read --> http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Change_Your_cPanel_Password
