ftp info help for joomla

im trying to install joomla, and it needs my ftp info

FTP User: qq
FTP Password : (pass)
FTP Host: ftp.qq.x10hosting.com
FTP Port: 21

however, it wont work
my domain is qq.x10hosting.com

note: these setting work for my filezilla

For host use localhost

Double check your password. It should work with those settings.
