FTP information

Ok I have tried

Hostname - x10hosting.com
Username - vbtbm
Password - My Account Password

and I get
USER vbtbm@x10hosting.com
331 User vbtbm@x10hosting.com OK. Password required
PASS **********
530 Authentication failed, sorry


Am I using the wrong FTP Information?
