CPanel -> FTP accounts. You have one by default with the same information as your CPanel login. The user is user@domain

when you create x10hosting account 1 ftp account is created also your FTP account information is:

USERNAME: your cpanel user name
PASSWORD: your cpanel password
HOST: ftp.yourdomain
