Hello,

I am attempting to use FTP to upload a small file(2kb) to the server. I am only using 1.75 MB / 512 MB of my designated disk space. However I am getting the following errors:

Using FileZilla:
Response: 552 Disk full - please upload later
Error: Critical file transfer error

Using Powershell:
"The remote server returned an error: (552) Exceeded storage allocation (for current directory or data set)."

This was working fine yesterday I attempted using my main, and alternative FTP accounts. Could this please be investigated?

i can confirm this issue with the x15 server.
(might be others to)
the message i get is
An FTP error occurred - cannot put log.html.
There is not enough disk space on the server to perform this action.
yet i have 4.5 MB / 512 MB used and the file is only 220 bytes
i only started having this issue after seeing another post about it and checking it.

using the upload file in file manager does work though.
the issue is with clients and ftp, i use Dreamweaver cs5
would appreciate it if @Anna or @garrettroyce can look into it.

Also experiencing this on x15 for a few days now. Can't upload or edit files through FTP.

I'm also experiencing the same issue. If i use cPanel, i'm able to upload files. However, the FTP connection throws the 552 Disk Full error. My site stats show i'm only using 1.44MB/512MB, so i'm not over my limit.
My connection is to x15.x10hosting.com.

That's the same with me.

I can upload via DirectAdmin File Manager but not by FTP or by FileZilla.

Surprisingly deletes can be made by FTP and by FileZilla.

It looks like several users are seeing this issue. I'm merging your requests and putting this as a sticky.

Please stand by. I'm notifying the admin team.

I escalated the issue. It should be working now with a permanent fix on the way.

I can confirm, I just tried to upload via FTP and was able to successfully complete the file transfer.

Thank you very much for investigating this and working towards a permanent solution.
