FTP issue

Hello,

I am having issue with FTP. I took all the steps correctly and installed the configuration into my registry. when I attempt to connect using Filezilla, it never connects and shows the following message:

Status: Resolving address of itmaster.ca
Status: Connecting to 69.175.121.66:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...

I really appreciate if you can resolve the issue. I remember the first time I was trying to setup my ftp i got some random error regarding password failure. But I even created a new account and still it does not authenticate.

Ok now I have figured out that I have to use starka.x10hosting.com as the host or server but still get error with my password. This is the outcome:

Status: Resolving address of starka.x10hosting.com

Can someone please help ?
