I am unable to delete or rename the following folder through ftp or cpanel:
/public_html/limesurvey/admin/install
Username:trup1
Site: ferris.x10hosting.com
Deleting it removes all the contents but leaves the directory. Renaming gives an access denied error.
Can you please delete\rename it for me or let me know what I am doing wrong.
