FTP Issues

I need Help.
my FTP Client Filezilla says
Status: Resolving IP-Address for ftp.itsupport.x10hosting.com
Status: Connecting to 74.86.116.190:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
and then hangs just does nothing until i get a time out error
it was working a few days ago when i last uploaded something but now its not working, can anyone help me please

i checked my panel in CPANEL and in my X10hosting and it is only 9.87.

EDIT: is there a way to upload files other than the Cpanel File Manager ? and of course Filezilla

9.87 is high and can slow processes down you know
