FTP issues

Hi,

I'm unable to log in to FTP at the moment for some reason, though I can get into cPanel fine. The messages my FTP client give me hint at it being a password issue but I've tried changing my password in cPanel a couple of times and I can't seem to log in with any of them. Suggestions?

Site is wezzodvd.elementfx.com on the Cossacks server. ((Re-)Registered it earlier tonight.)

What information are you using to login to FTP?

You should use:
-Port: 21
-Host: wezzodvd.elementfx.com
-Username: wezzo
-Password: SAME AS CPANEL


If it still doesn't work, try: 74.86.116.190 as host.

Hm, changing the host to the IP address seems to have worked. Thanks!
