FTP Issues

What's Up everyone? Well First off I can't get to my site right now http://raukov.pcriot.com?? Second When I was able to get to my site last night I could not use ftp to up load some things to my account. I am using Core FTP I tried setting everything up manually it did not work (I have done the before with no problems). Then I downloaded the file from the control panel and still could not login here is the error message I'm getting from Core FTP: Can't establish connection --> ftp.raukov.pcriot.com:21 @ Tue Jun 02 10:45:56 2009 (11004-100)
The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.

Anyone have any Ideas on this? I read another post with this issue and they said it was solved by cold booting their router, however I tried this and it did not work for me.

There is a lot of server maintenance going on right now that will increase uptime a decrease lag on the servers. It should be cleared up soon.

Okay Thanks for the quick reply. Is This the issue with the FTP problems also?

Unfortunately, it may be so. The problem is with CPanel which handles everything on your account. FTP does not usually go down, but it is possible that Corey is working on some other problem and had to disable FTP briefly. i am having the same issues. i tried to manually set up my ftp connection ( using core ftp LE) and then downloaded the file and neither worked. got the same error as the OP both ways

My FTP works on cossacks right now. Make sure you double check your user names (they are like user@domain) and your address should be like ftp.domain.com

After the server went back up I had no more issues with FTP. Im just waiting for the server to go back up again.
